This website is operated by Walter Konig, Mortgage Broker, with A Better Way Mortgage Group, powered by Mortgage Architects. This policy explains what personal information this site collects and how it is used.

What I collect

When you fill in a form, I collect the details you choose to give: your name, phone number, email address, what you're planning (for example, buying or renewing) and the best time to call. If you tick the consent box, I also record that you agreed to receive email from me.

The true-cost calculator and quick budget check run entirely in your browser. The numbers you type into them are not sent to me or stored.

How I use it

I use your information only to respond to your request and to provide mortgage services you ask for. I send marketing email only if you have given consent, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). I do not sell your information.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are processed and stored by this website's hosting provider, Netlify, and delivered to me by email. Information you later provide for a mortgage application is handled under Mortgage Architects' privacy policy.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, or withdraw your email consent at any time, by contacting me at walter.konig@mtgarc.ca or 250-418-0203.
